Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payments/Paypal If you are shopping from outside of the U.K, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Some higher cost items may be paid for upon completion ( where part/parts are out of stock), this option is available within the 'Payment options' within Checkout.

You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet via this secure site.
We would suggest that no complete details are sent by Email, for security sake.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule Wherever possible orders will be despatched as soon as the items are allocated to it, however in some cases items will be out of stock or require manufacture. In such instances we will make every effort to contact you to advise.

Please remember that as is the case with many 'speciality suppliers', some items are impossible to stock at high levels and may be out of stock at time of order.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, your details are processed through the relevant payment channel, details other than name, address and order details are not sent to or received by us.

Over the phone orders however are taken at the registered office, your payment details are entered to a vitual terminal directly, they are not noted or stored. Once the payment has been authorised, the details are automaticaly deleted.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Any faulty workmanship or general dissapointment with the quality of any item, so long as deemed reasonable, will be entitled to refund in full.

We also do realise that items may not be at fault, but may simply be unsuitable due to dimension or style etc.
Please contact if this applies, we will do all we can to get the result you desire, even if you inadvertantly ordered the wrong item/s.
We will exchange items at our discretion, and would do so pending the items/goods are in the condition of that received by the Buyer initially.
