Powder Flask by I.P. Cutts (Patent)

I.,P. Cutts - patent flask of copper body and brass top.
Internal spring.
No splits on seam, although one larger depression and one small on one side, see images.
The side with the depressions has a much darker area to it.
Length is 8.0 inches, with the widest point at 3.3/8 inches.
